For real-time delivery and dispatch estimates, we recommend checking the available delivery options during the checkout process. This will provide you with the most accurate delivery timeframe for your specific order.

Non-UK Shipping

We offer both express and standard non-UK delivery. The price depends on the size and weight of your order which is displayed at the checkout before you complete payment.  All deliveries are sent by a tracked and signed service.

Please note: If the recipient rejects delivery then they will be subject to pay the return shipping costs back to us and their refund will be minus the original postage paid.

If you choose Express Worldwide Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. What happens if I am not in to receive my delivery and I do not rearrange delivery?

If DHL are unable to deliver due to you not being there to receive it and you do not arrange re-delivery, your package will be returned to us and the delivery cost incurred by this will be deducted from your refund when we receive the package back including any original delivery fees you paid too.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY AND VAT CHARGES?

We ship from a UK warehouse, and depending on the value of your order import duties and customs may be applicable once the package reaches the country of destination. If your parcel is charged it is up to the person receiving it to cover these costs. Unfortunately, British Retro has no control over these charges and will vary from country to country. For more information we advise to contact your local customs office to check what you will be liable to pay.
