Off-the-shoulder allure meets drapery perfection, rendering each wearer a vision of vintage sophistication. It has a satin lined & front boned bodice and a concealed zip at the back for smooth fit. The waist does not have any belt loops which gives you the choice to wear this dress with or without it's matching 2 inch belt. The skirt section is full circle with lashings of fabric and is worn here with one of our fluffy petticoats. The petticoat is sold separately.
