Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit

Bust

With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.

Waist

Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

Hips

With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.

Inseam

For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.

As we are an independent and only produce small quantities our sizes vary slightly from style to style.

All garments have been carefully measured, therefore to ensure the very best fit, we suggest taking your own body measurements, whilst wearing light-weight clothing/ underwear and standing up straight, and compare these to our size chart.

A dress for the ultra glamourous! Our opulent velvet ‘Dee Dee’ dress is cut from a beautiful quality stretch velvet, with lashings of flowing fabric which falls around the silhouette beautifully and feels super-soft against the skin. She comes with a free matching belt or to add an extra touch of glamour and contrast you can wear with our black crystal buckle belt with a faux leather front and elasticated back. The waist does not have any belt loops which gives you the choice to wear with or without a belt.

This 50’s full circle swing dress, features an off-the-shoulder, Bardot style neckline which radiates vintage glamour with classical angled sleeves and a bateau straight back neckline. The bodice section is satin lined & front boned with a concealed zip at the back for a smooth fit. To add extra volume to the skirt section just pop one of our fluffy black petticoats. The petticoat is sold separately.
