Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit

Bust

With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.

Waist

Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

Hips

With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.

Inseam

For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.

As we are an independent and only produce small quantities our sizes vary slightly from style to style.

All garments have been carefully measured, therefore to ensure the very best fit, we suggest taking your own body measurements, whilst wearing light-weight clothing/ underwear and standing up straight, and compare these to our size chart.

Designed & manufactured in the UK

A dress that’s blessed with effortless elegance and glamour, our ‘Way Out West’ Royal Stewart tartan swing dress, inspired by the style of the great Katharine Hepburn. This chic full circle dress, fastens all the way down with vintage look brass coloured buttons and also comes with a matching vintage metal buckled belt. She is made from a traditional woven Royal Stewart tartan and features half sleeves with nifty buttoned cuffs and an elegant 50s, semi flared collar.  To create a full-on 50s look just pop one of our fluffy black petticoats underneath. The petticoat is sold separately.

Fabric composition: 63% Polyester, 34% Viscose, 3% Elastane
Care: Machine wash 30 degrees, separately
