Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit

Bust

With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.

Waist

Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

Hips

With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.

Inseam

For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.

As we are an independent and only produce small quantities our sizes vary slightly from style to style.

All garments have been carefully measured, therefore to ensure the very best fit, we suggest taking your own body measurements, whilst wearing light-weight clothing/ underwear and standing up straight, and compare these to our size chart.

Designed and made in the UK from a high quality Emerald Devore, flocked jacquard with a soft velvet finish, which catches the light beautifully. It has a structured yet fluid drape, allowing the skirt to maintain volume while moving elegantly. This dress is fully lined with a gentle stretch, to shape-fit beautifully. The bodice is front boned with a concealed zip at the back for a smooth fit. The full circle skirt section has lashings of fabric and looks great when worn with one of our fluffy petticoats underneath. This dress also comes with a cute matching belt too. The petticoat is sold separately.
